iFM News – Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc plans to amplify the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte (PGIN)’s Oxygen Generation and Refilling Plant at the Governor Roque Ablan Sr. Memorial Hospital, in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.
According to Dr. Rogelio Balbag, director of the hospital management council of PGIN that the current oxygen plant can produce 25 up to 30 tanks in a day. “Governor [Manotoc] on one of his plans said that the provincial government will scale it up and generate up to 100 tanks per day,” added Balbag in an exclusive interview of Sirmata ni Ilokano.
Early in his term as governor, Manotoc made a commitment to upgrade the province’s healthcare infrastructure. | via Bernardo B. Ver II
