Naghain din ng petisyon sa Korte Suprema kontra Anti-Terror Law ang mga grupo ng kabataan.
Ang paghahain ng petition o special civil action for certiorari and prohibition ay pinangunahan ni Kabataang Tagapagtanggol ng Karapatan National Convenor Bryan Ezra Gonzales, kasama ang mga grupong Youth for Human Rights and Democracy, Youth Act Now Against Tyranny, Kabataan, Good Gov Ph, Liberal Youth of the Philippines, La Salle Debate Society, DLSU University Student Government, NUSP at iba pang grupo ng kabataan.
Ayon kay Atty. Dino de Leon, isa sa mga abogado ng petitioners, hinihiling nila sa mga mahistrado ng Korte Suprema na magpalabas ng temporary restraining order at writ of preliminary injunction para hindi maipatupad ang Sections 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,25 at 29 ng Anti-Terrorism Law.
Hiniling din nila sa Supreme Court na magtakda ng oral arguments sa merito via teleconferencing.
Respondents sa petition sina Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, Anti-Terrorism Council, Anti-Money Laundering Council Executive Director Secretary Benjamin Diokno, Senate President Vicente Sotto III at House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano.
