Nag-deploy ang Department of Health (DOH) ng 143 health emergency response teams para sa 30th SEA GAMES mula ngayong araw hanggang sa December 11.
Partikular na nakatutok ang DOH emergency response teams sa major event venues para sa posibleng emergency situation.
Kabilang sa major event venues ang New Clark City Sports Complex (56 teams), Subic Bay Freeport (32 teams), Metro Manila (32 teams), Southern Luzon (21 teams) at La Union (2 teams).
Itinaas na rin ng DOH ang Code White Alert sa mga ospital sa Ilocos, Central Luzon, MiMaRoPa, at National Capital Region (NCR) mula pa noong November 25 hanggang sa December 12.
Naka-alerto rin ang iba pang public health facilities ng Local Government Units, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, at Bureau of Fire Protection.
