An interesting story along the highway going to General Santos International Airport:
One male dog was hit by an unidentified car yesterday. Another stray dog which appears to be part of the dead dog’s band stayed with its dead friend. The surviving dog tried to awaken its friend by tapping its arms to the laying dog’s body but to no avail. More than 24 hours had past and the dead dog’s body begins to decompose, the other dog stayed and seems to hold on to keep watch.
Moral of the story: How long can you hold on for your friend? Especially in trying times?
