(CEBU CITY – A modus operandi of a suspected thief pretending to be a parent fetching his children from school was caught by a CCTV camera. The suspect was an adult man in his mid or late 40’s. As per report, the suspect had stolen two expensive school bags owned by grade schoolers of Barrio Luz Elementary School. According to the security personnel, the suspect was seen wandering around the play area and lobby. In an interview of Cheryl Lusares who is a grade school teacher, they told us that they have reminded the students to leave the school premises right after classes and other school-related activities such as club meetings or dance practices. They have informed the parents and guardians about the incident too.)
