When visiting Cagayan de Oro City and looking for a nice place to hang out with friends and familyyou have to try Kagay-an Resort.
The resort is simply located at Taguanao in Barangay Indahag Cagayan de Oro City and it opens last April this year.
It is (formerly known as Lawndale Spring Resort)after having a project cost budget amounting to almost P10 million pesos major construction to the site have been added.
We had an excellent stay here during the day Bamboo Huts were good and because of those tall trees on the sides it’s outstandingly cools down the place. There are open showers on the sides.
There pool has 7 lanes and they measure 25 meter long, and for people practicing for shorter laps the pool is also available.
They have different types of cottages inside the resort concrete huts,gazebo and others tables are for rent and chairs too,the exclusive use of Olympic pool is also a good thing to spend it with friends who are into swimming.
From Cagayan de Oro City proper you need to take a taxi or jeepney(Taguanao liner) over at cogon market or a private car to get into the place.
We took a taxi from Divisoria passing through Macasandig and Buena Oro and its just roughly 22 minute ride depending on the traffic along Macasandig area , a couple of schools nearby would be avoided especially during peak hours.
What to do in Kagay-an’sResort it’s more of a swimming ,grilling, family bonding.
No overnight stay is allowed.
