Humiling sa Korte Suprema ang isang foundation na binubuo ng mga ‘donor’ sa Kapa-Community Ministry International, Inc. na ipatanggal ang kanilang online platform na Cirfund sa listahan ng hindi rehistradong investment entities na inilabas ng Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Nakasaad din sa 20-pahinang petisyon na inihain ng Rhema International Livelihood Foundation Inc. ang hinihinging P3 bilyong danyos perwisyo at pagpapatalsik kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Hiningi rin ng grupo ang muling pagpapahintulot ng “religious activity” ng Kapa.
Inakusahan ng grupo ang SEC na nagpasya base sa sabi-sabi at hindi inalam ang panig ng Kapa.
Iginiit din ang pagpap-impeach sa pangulo dahil sa paglabag sa Article II Section 6 (separation of church and state) at Article III (Bill of Rights) of the Constitution.
“Let all private respondents—Rodrigo R. Duterte and Chairman Emilio B. Aquino, chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)—pay the compensatory damages amounting to P3,000,000,000.00 for destroying Cirfund, an online platform project of Rhema International Livelihood Foundation Inc. and be dismissed from office and the President be submitted for an impeachment proceedings for culpable violation of Art. II Sec. 6 and Art. III known as the Bill of Rights of the Philippine Constitution.”
Naglabas ng cease-and-desist order laban sa Kapa ang SEC noong Pebrero at binawi naman noong Abril ang certificate of registration nito.
Nito lamang Hunyo nang ipag-utos ni Duterte ang pagpapasara sa kahat ng opisina ng Kapa.
