PCINSP HELEN L GALVEZ, Chief, PIO of Police Regional Office 9 identified the victim as Jelster Ed Quimboy Tiu, 28 years old, businessman of said municipality. He is the son of Mayor Eddie Quimbo of Labason Municipality.
