Mati City: Drug den gironda dol-an P200-K shabu nakuha

Davao City – Napuhag sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office XI- Davao Oriental Provincial Office, Davao Oriental Police Provincial Office ug Mati City Police Station ang drug den sa Nazareno Street, Barangay Central, Mati City, Davao Oriental.

Arestado sa joint buy bust operation ang duha ka mga drug suspek nga sila Gian Alexis Flores, 31 anyos, Real Estate Agent, gikonsiderang Number 2 Provincial Target List (PTL) ug Kristoffer Aliezon alias “Openg”, 41 anyos.

Gidakop sa mga operatiba ang subject sa operasyon nga si Flores nga naaktohang namaligya’g P1,000 shabu sa PDEA agent nga nagsilbing poseur buyer.

Nasakmit sa mga dinakpan ang 11 ka mga sachets sa shabu nga adunay street value P165, 000, drug paraphernalia ug buy-bust money.

Kasong paglapas sa Republic Act 9165 sa Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) Section 6 (Maintenance of a Drug Den), Section 7 (Employees and Visitors of a Den), 13 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs During Parties, Social Gatherings or Meetings,) ug Section 14 (Possession of Equipment, Instrument, Apparatus and Other Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs During Parties, Social Gatherings or Meetings) ang ipasaka sa mga suspetsado.
