Baguio, Philippines – Mayor Benjie Magalong today ordered the arrest of persons not wearing face masks.
He said those arrested will be detained in an open space in Burnham Park. The mayor earlier issued Executive Order No. 70 series of 2020 mandating the use of face masks by all persons within the jurisdiction of Baguio City as a prevention measure against the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
