Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) posted an update thru their Facebook page regarding the continuation of interrupted water supply for the perusal of their consumers yesterday night.
According to their FB post yesterday, “Only a few barangays in Consolacion remain to have interrupted supply as of this time due to efforts made today to isolate the affected area.”
However, the leak repair may continue up until Tuesday, Feb. 20. MCWD are very sorry for the inconvenience.
An MCWD tanker was deployed at the Sta. Lucia entrance in Bgy. Poblacion Oriental (near CityMall) yesterday night.
Consolacion, Cebu, Mayor Teresa Alegado suggested the area so as not to cause any traffic jam.
Meanwhile, affected consumers can ask for free water. All they need to bring is their MCWD bill and containers.
