“Medalya ng Sugatang Magiting” (PNP Wounded in Action Medal) was given to PO2 Joy Pabera and PO2 Armando Arsenal of Sipalay City Police Station for arresting Sipalay’s Most Wanted for the crime of murder resulting from shooting incident which transpired yesterday, March 15,2018, at Sitio Indingawan, Barangay Manlocahoc, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
