Bumagsak sa kamay ng pulisya kahapon bandang alas 7 ng gabi ang itinuturing na Number 8 sa Drug Watch List ng bayan ng Calabanga sa probinsiya ng Camarines Sur.
Kinilala ang suspect na si Gabriel Burce y Nillo, edad 33, married, negosyante at residente ng Zone 5, Barangay Poblacion, Calabanga, Camarines Sur.
Ayon sa report, halos magda-dalawang linggo ring minamanmanan ng intelligence operatives ng Calabanga Municipal Police Station si Burce bago isinagawa ng pulisya ang pag implementa ng search operation sa pamamahay ng suspect sa bisa ng tatlong search warrants na ipinalabas ng sala ni Judge Pedro Redoña ng RTC Branch 63.
Kasama ang mga mandatory witnesses, nakuha mula sa suspect ang sumusunod: – eight (8) pieces – large size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; – five (5) pieces of medium size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; – one (1) piece digital weighing scale; – one (1) piece caliber .38 revolver with defaced serial number; – four (4) pieces of live ammunitions for caliber .38; – one (1) piece hand grenade; – one (1) disposable lighter; – one (1) improvised tooter; and – one (1) rolled aluminum foil at tinatayang may street value na 150 thousand pesos.
