Mandaluyong City. PCSO Vice Chairperson and General Manager Royina M. Garma personally turned over the approved medical equipment and medical supplies to the Philippine National Police Malabon Station at the GM Extension Office, Sun Plaza Building, Princeton, Mandaluyong City on Thursday, December 3, 2020.
Chief Police Col. Angela Q. Rejano together with her fellow officers arrived and thanked GM Garma for the much needed request that they will be using during the emergency cases and rescue operations around and nearby areas of the Lone District of Malabon.
The donated equipment and supplies with a total cost of P234,384.00 includes a medicine cabinet, 2 units of spine board with immobilizer straps, 5 pieces of non-contact thermometer, 5 units of pulse oximeter, 2 units of wheelchair 2 units of glucometer, 2 units of drop lights, 2 units of nebulizers, 1 IV stand, 1 pc oxygen tang with regulator, 2 pcs of stretchers, 1 unit of ECG Machine, 1 hospital bed, 2 units of adjustable cervical collar and 2 units of first responder bag/kit with equipment for emergency.
Col. Rejano thanked GM Garma and the PCSO Board for the medical equipment and supplies received by saying,“Napakalaki ng maitutulong nitong mga equipment and supplies sa aming station na matagal na naming hinihiling para sa emergency cases doon sa Malabon. Salamat po kay GM Garma at sa lahat ng Direktor at pati na rin sa Charity Assistance Department sa pagtulong sa aming request na aming makamit. Makakatiyak kayo na mas lalo naming pagbubutihan ang aming pagseserbisyo sa bayan. Salamat po.”
Despite the hardships and challenges the country is facing, PCSO remains unshaken in its commitment in complying withthe medical and health related needs of its clientele.
