PCSO Awards ₱959,600 IPP Grant to Bless the Children Foundation for Tondo Youth Programs

MANDALUYONG CITY — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) officially turned over a ₱959,600.00 grant to the Bless the Children Foundation on February 20, 2026, under PCSO’s Institutional Partnership Program (IPP).

 

The grant is earmarked for the foundation’s “Health and Wellness Service and Supplemental Feeding Service” project, supporting over 100 children and ensuring they have consistent access to essential medical and dental services.

 

Charity Assistance Department Manager Orlando Malaca led the turnover of the grant, which was accepted by Bless the Children Program Coordinator Quirlyno Sanchez.

 

The Bless the Children Foundation is a non-government organization that has dedicated ten years of service to the children of Tondo, Manila. As a DSWD-accredited Social Welfare Agency, the foundation focuses on providing supplemental feeding, education, and health and wellness services to underprivileged communities and sectors.

 

Meanwhile, PCSO’s IPP is designed to provide financial assistance to qualified institutions and non-government organizations. The program supports the implementation of projects that directly address health issues and social welfare concerns nationwide.

 

By partnering with accredited organizations, the PCSO extends its reach to specialized sectors, ensuring that the proceeds from Lotto and Small Town Lottery games are utilized to uplift the lives of those in need.
