Ipinasa na sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) ng Partido Demokratiko Pilipino–Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) sa pangunguna ni Department of Energy (DOE) Secretary Alfonso Cusi ang listahan ng mga bagong halal na opisyal ng partido.
Sa isang liham na nakapangalan kay Atty. Genesis Gatdula ng Office of Clerk of the Commission, ipinasa ni Cusi ang Sworn Information Update Statement (SIUS) bilang pagsunod na rin sa Comelec Resolution 10411.
