Placio, Deputy Provincial Director for Operations and PCI Josemarie Simangan, Deputy Provincial Director for Administration of the PNP, FCI Milo M Manlabao, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, OPFM, Erwin Rommel P. Del Carmen, PRC Chapter Administrator, IPHO, DepEd and C/MDRRMOs sa diin ginhisgutan ang ICS para sa SRAA 2018.
