Davao City – Lauman ang pag-usbaw sa presyo sa mga Noche Buena items karong tuiga.
Gikumpirma kini ni Deparment of Trade and Industry (DTI) XI Regional Director Ma. Belenda Ambi atol sa interbyu sa RMN Davao.
“Naa gyod nay expected nga increase over last year’s prices sa atoang Noche Buena products kasi production cost will be higher because of the continous increase in fuel and then atoang peso depreciation vis-a-vis sa US dollar so if there are imported items mas expensive na karon ang pag-angkat nato o pag-import nato,” matud ni Ambi.
Paabuton pa karon sa DTI Davao Region ang ipagulang bag-ong Suggested Retail Prices gikan sa nasyunal.
“I-dialogue ang mga manufacturers kay naa manay proseso nga they will request for increase sa Suggested Retail Prices so naay evaluation nga himuon sa mga produkto kung angay ba ang kataas ug rationalization before they will approve the requested increase and we will be informed kung unsa ang mga SRPs sa atong Noche Buena products,” sumala ni Ambi.
Apan aron masiguradong sakto o rational para sa publiko ang mga bag-ong presyo sa mga Noche Buena products musuroy ang DTI sa matag tindahan aron mag-inspeksyon.
Tambag ni Ambi sa mga kunsumante nga mugasto kutob lang sa ilang mga makaya ilabi na na karong holiday season nga wala-tuo ang mga galastuonon.
