Karon gitawag nga Judicial and Bar Council ( JBC) ilalom sa pagdumala sa Korte Suprema nga gilangkuban sa Chief Justice isip ex-officio Chairman, the Secretary of Justice og ang representante sa duha ka mga house sa kongreso isip ex-officio Members, representante sa Integrated Bar of the Philippines ( IBP) , professor sa law, retired Member sa Korte Suprema og usa ka representante sa usa ka pribadong sector.
