PSS JONATHAN O PANGANIBAN, City Director, NCPO participated in and provided police presence during the Opening of Palarong Bikol 2018 with the theme “Embracing ASEAN Integration: One Vision, One Identity, One Community in Achieving Liberating Education Through Sports” which start[sic] with parade participated by athletes from six Provinces and seven Cities in the Bicol Region, along Avida Road, San Alfonso to Naga City Sports Complex, Pacol, Naga City.
This activity was spearheaded by the Department of Education-Naga led by Mr. Jarmme D. Taumatorgo, Education Supervisor, Schools Division Office in partnership with the Local Government of Naga City led by Hon. John G. Bongat, City Mayor. February 3, 2018.
