Zamboanga Senior Citizen Claims Half of ₱200-M Ultra Lotto 6/58 Jackpot

A senior citizen from Zamboanga claimed his ₱100 million share of the ₱200 million Ultra Lotto 6/58 jackpot prize, drawn on January 25, 2026, at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).

The total jackpot prize of ₱200 million was split equally between two bettors who matched the winning combination.

The Zamboangueño bettor said he has been playing the lottery since the 1990s. He shared that he had previously matched four and five numbers in past draws but only completed the six-digit combination this time. “I always believed that one day I would hit it big,” he said in a brief interview. The winning numbers were 39-37-04-11-02-09, which he said had been his go-to combination for years. He added that each number carries personal significance based on meaningful family dates and ages.

The winner claimed his prize on February 18, 2026, at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City.

Now officially a multi-millionaire, the winner said he plans to remain practical and embrace a simple retirement. He added that the prize will help secure his family’s future and support the transportation business he built, which he intends to strengthen before gradually entrusting it to his children and other family members.
