Gidismiss sa Special 12th division sa Court of Appeals Manila ang 24 ka kasong administratibo nga gipasaka sa Ombudsman batok ni Mayor Oscar Moreno ug iyang mga kanhi opisyal sa kapitolyo sa dihang si Moreno gobernador pa sa Misamis Oriental.
Kini pinaagi sa 33 ka pahinang decision sa special 12th division sa court of appeals nga pinitsahan niadtong May 15, 2019.
Ang maong decision, gipakanaog nilang Associate Justice Victoria Isabel Paredes, Marlene Gonzales-Sison ug Maria Elisa Sempio Diy.
Gawas ni Moreno, gi-dimissed usab sa Special 12th Division sa court of appeals ang kasong administratibo batok nilang Elsie Lopoy, Engineer Rolando Pacuribot, Elmer Wabe, Leemar Tinagan, Divina Bade ug Patrick Gabutina.
Una pa niini si Moreno ug mga kaubang kanhi official sa kapitolyo, giakusahan sa Office of the Ombudsman sa kasong administratibo for serious dishonesty, grave misconduct and conduct prejudicial to the best interest of public service nga ang maong kaso hapit nakapalagpot ni Moreno sa pagka Mayor ning syudad.
Sa ilang 33 ka pahinang decision, gipaboran sa 12th division sa Court of Appeals Manila ang petition for Certiorari ni Moreno ug mga kauban.
“The Petition for Certiorari and prohibition are hereby GRANTED and the assailed Decision issue by the office of the Ombudsman on various dates finsing petitioners guilty of serious dishonesty, grave misconduct, and conduct prejudicial to the best interest of service are REVERSE and SET ASIDE. Accordingly, the Administrative complaints against them are DISMISSED” matud sa Special 12th Division sa Court of appeals.
