Nasayran nga ang mga minors gidid-an sa pagdula sa computer or video games gikan sa alas 7 sa buntag hangtud alas 3 sa hapon panahon sa ting klase ug ang Internet café owners gidid-an sa pagtugot sa mga kabataan nga maka-access sa pornographic sites o ba kaha molambigit sa pornographic activities pinaagi sa internet.
