44th Annual Convention ng PHCA matagumpay na idinaos, MOH-BARMM Minister Dipatuan ginawaran bilang over-all topnocher

Matagumpay na idinaos ang 44th Annual Convention ng Philippine College of Hospital Administrators’ Confernment of Diplomates and Fellows na ginanap sa Manila Hotel noong nakaraang November 16 at 17, 2019.

Si Dr. Saffrulah M. Dipatuan ng Ministry of Health-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao(MOH-BARMM) ang ginawaran bilang over-all topnocher sa mga Diplomates.

Sa kanyang talumpati, Sinabi ni Dr. Dipatuan na napapanahon ang naturang parangal lalot’ nahaharap ngayon sa samut-saring hamon ang Bangsamoro Regiion.


“This award comes at a time when the Bangsamoro Region is faced with challenges in many forms and I accept this as a welcoming respite. I will not accept this award as my own alone. Rather, I will accept this award in behalf of my classmates, my batch, and in behalf of the Bangsamoro People.” Sabi ni Dr. Dipatuan.

Kabilang din sa pinagkalooban ng parangal sina Dr. Abdulhalik Kasim – Deputy Minister for Finance; Dr. Sadaila Rakiin- Chief, Technical Division; Dr. Ehsan Paudac- Cluster Head, NCD, and HRH Deployment Progam Regional Coordinator; Dr. Rolanisah Dipatuan-Dimaporo, MOH Chief of Staff.

Layunin ng nasabing aktibidad na pumili at magtalaga ng mga bagong Diplomates at mga miyembro ng PCHA.

Tema ng aktibidad ngayong taon ay “Governance and Innovation: Creating New Vision in Hospital Management”.

Tututukan ng mga bagong talagang diplomate at kanilang mga kasapi ang mga napapanahong issues na nakaaapekto sa Healthcare Delivery System, Hospital Administration at mga kahalintulad na larangan.
