SIYAM na panibagong kaso ng covid 19 ang naitala kahapon sa Naga City. Kabilang ito sa 39 na pinakahuling mga kaso sa buong probinsiya ng Camarines Sur. Sa bayan ng Canaman, Camsur, 5 ang panibagong kaso na naitala, Buhi – 1, Iriga City – 3, Lagonoy – 1 at Minalabac – 1, Pili – 2.
Sa karagdagan pang impormasyon kaugnay ng covid sa rehiyon, narito ang report ng DOH-CHD – Bicol:
“As of August 5, 2020, confirmed cases of COVID-19 recorded in Bicol Region are five hundred fifty-one (551).
On Recoveries
A total of seven (7) recoveries have been reported today by LGU to RESU. Active cases are two hundred eighty-six (286).
List of recoveries:
Bicol#175 – 23-year old female from Batuan, Masbate. Bicol#283 – 22-year old male from Camalig, Albay Bicol#284 – 27-year old male from Guinobatan, Albay. Bicol#285 – 32-year old male from Guinobatan, Albay. Bicol#286 – 26-year old male from Guinobatan, Albay. Bicol#295 – 29-year old female from Pilar, Sorsogon. Bicol#342 – 67-year old female from Legazpi City, Albay.
Note: Recoveries not reported to Regional Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit (RESU) are not included in the daily report.
On test results received
A total of four hundred forty-five (445) test results were received today. Three hundred eighty-two (382) are from Bicol Regional Diagnostic and Reference Laboratory (BRDRL) while sixty-three (63) are from Bicol Medical Center (BMC).

Breakdown of 404 negative results: Albay PHO -1, BRTTH – 31, BMC – 94, Camarines Sur – 56, Catanduanes – 4, Masbate – 120, Sorsogon – 25, Legazpi CESU – 51, and Naga CESU – 45.

DOH CHD-Bicol reminds the public that the Community Quarantine is still in effect, thus, guidelines and directives must be complied with.
