Benedict Arevalo, commander of the 303rd Infantry Brigade (303IBde), nga nagalibot ini sa mga kolehiyo kag unibersidad agud nga e-expose ang kabutigan kag pagpanginto nga ginapabula sang Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army (CPP-NPA) kag sang ila political wing, the National Democratic Front (NDF).
Dugang pa ni Arevalo nga iya man gina-istorya ang mga manunudlo agud nga mapahilayu ang mga estudyante sa posible recruitment sa ila sang NPA.
