Sinampahan ng apat na kaso ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group o C-I-D-G si Atty. Ely Pamatong na founder ng United States Allied Freedom Fighters of the East o USAFFE.
Ito’y dahil sa nakuhang armas, granada, combat boots, binaliktad na watawat ng Pilipinas at military uniforms nang isilbi ng C-I-D-G ang 42 search warrant sa mga bahay ni Pamatong sa Barangay Tablon dito sa Cagayan de Oro.
Ayon kay C-I-D-G Chief Investigator SPO4 Noel Oclarit na si Pamatong ay sinampahan ng kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 10591 o illegal possession of firearms, Republic Act 9516 o illegal possession of explosives, Republic Act 8491 o An Act prescribing the Code of the National Flag, Anthem, Motto, Coat-Of Arms and other Heraldic Items and Devices of the Philippines at ang paglabag sa Article 177 ng Revised Penal Code o Usurpation of Authority.
Una na ring ideneklara ng C-I-D-G na armed and dangerous si Atty. Pamatong na may 30 kampo sa buong Pilipinas.
