CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATION TRAFFIC ADVISORY – RTA
As Cagayan de Oro City celebrates with the Filipino-Chinese Community, Capistrano St. (bounded by Gaerlan and T. Chavez Sts.) and Hayes St. (bounded by Rizal and Burgos Sts.) will be closed tomorrow, February 1, from 2:00pm up until 8:00pm for the opening ceremony of the week-long Chinese New Year celebration.
The road closure will be implemented by the Roads and Traffic Administration through the Executive Order no. 012-2019 A signed by City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno.
All PUJs and private vehicles are advised to take the temporary alternative route passing Toribio-Chaves Sts. the either turn right or left at Gaerlan St.
On the other hand, Kagay-anons are invited to join the opening program tomorrow at the Mini Park, City Hall Compound, 5pm. (SPP)
