Chris Tiu bagong brand ambassador ng DOST

Hinirang ng Department of Science and Technology (DOST) ang dating basketbolista at Kapuso host na si Chris Tiu bilang isa sa brand ambassador ng naturang kagawaran.

Ipinakilala ang iBilib host sa pagbubukas ng 2019 National Science and Technology Week (NSTW) nitong Miyerkules sa World Trade Center.

“My role is to help encourage the youth to love science or to pursue a career in science, or at least consider it,” mensahe ng dating star player ng Ateneo at PBA.

Hinimok din ni Tiu ang mga kabataan na lumikha ng social media content tungkol sa siyensya.

Aniya, “I want to help the youth to realize that science is cool and it is for everyone and benefits us all.”

Sa kanyang Instagram post, sinabi nitong isang malaking karangalan ang hiranging brand ambassador ng DOST.

Honoured to be part of the DOST family as brand Ambassador.
