All is set for the 47th Charter Day Celebration of Surigao City tomorrow,August 31,2017. The celebration will start with a Thanksgiving Mass ,6 am.at Surigao City Cathedral which will be attended by the City Employees and Officials headed by City Mayor Ernesto T. Matugas. This will be followed by a program with raising of the Phil Flag , Provincial and City Flags in front of the City Hall. Guest of Honor will be USEC Achilles Gerald Bravo of DOH. A Civic Grand Parade & Float Parade will follow after the program.The celebration continues in the evening with the start of the Nightly Affairs @the City Auditorium. The theme of this year celebration is, ” Serbisyong Matinud-anon;Surigaonon Mapagarbohon.”
