Poblacion, Tacurong City, Abubakal Ugalinan y Cinente, 25, minyo, mag-uuma ug residenti sa barangay ambalgan, sto. niño, south cotabato, Nike Quibuyen y Andrada, 25, ulitawo, mekaniko, residenti sa President Quirino, Sultan Kudarat, ug Jay-R Hablero y Zamora, 26, ulitawo, residenti sa Barangay Libertad, Surallah, South Cotabato.
Sumala ni kath Abad, tigpamaba sa PDEA-12 nga si Amolan ug Ugalinan ang apil sa watch-listed personalities ug makonsiderang notorious sa ilang illegal drug activities sa Tacurong City ug kasigbit nga munisipyo.
Nakuha sa posisyon sa mga nasangpit ang (15) ka sachets sa suspected Methamphetamine hydrochloride kon shabu nga dunay gibug-aton nga (5) grams nga may gibana-banaang street value nga P35,000.00. Narekober usab ang (1) ka digital weighing scale, (1) ka stainless surgical scissors, (2) ka disposable lighters, (1) ka pack sa transparent plastic sachets ug (2) ka all-weather tooters.
Kasong paglapas sa Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Section 6 (Maintenance of a Den), Section 13 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs During Parties, Social Gatherings or Meetings) ug Section 14 (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia During Parties, Social Gatherings or Meetings) sa Article II sa Republic Act 9165 (The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) ang ipasang-at batok kang Norodin Amolan.
Samtang si Abubakal Ugalinan ang nag atubang ug kasong paglapas sa Section 5 in relation to Section 26 (Conspiracy), Section 13 ug Section 14, samtang si Nike Quibuyen ug Jay-r Hablero ang mag atubang ug paglapas sa Section 7 (Visitor of a Den). Ang mga suspek ang kasamtangan karon nga nakadetina sa PDEA RO12 Detention Facility.
