Iginiit ni Health Secretary Francisco Duque III na personal siyang bumisita sa Navotas City nitong Martes, kung saan naghatid ang national government ng test kits at iba pang supplies para sa COVID-19 response.
Ito’y matapos magduda ang netizens na “photoshopped” o edited ang mga larawan ng opisyal sa donation drive, na unang lumabas sa Facebook page ng Department of Health (DOH).
Partikular na pinuna ng marami ang litrato ni Duque habang nag-aabot ng DOH box, kung saan tila nakalutang umano ang kamay ng opisyal sa kamay ng pinapasahang tao.
Sa Twitter nitong Huwebes, naglabas ng dagdag na litrato si Duque upang linawin ang kontrobersya.
