Ang operasyon pinasikad sa search warrant giluwatan ni Hon. Emmanuel Carpio, Executive Judge sa Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 16 gi-issue niadtong November 19, 2019.
Nakumpiska gikan sa suspect ang duha ka .38 revolver, mga bala ug sling bag.
Sumala ni Police Major Milgrace Driz, hepe sa CIDG-XI, si Ampaso miyembro sa Avila Criminal Gang kinsa nahilambigit sa pagpayuhot og iligal nga armas ug droga ingon man pagpangawat ug pagpangilkil dinhi sa syudad sa Davao ug kasikbit nga mga probinsya.
Dugang ni Driz nga pipila usab ka bulan nilang gi-monitor ang lihuk sa maong suspetsado.
“We have manned the subject for several months ago because of reports and information that said person had several firearms and (is) a member a criminal gang, thus we conducted validation and monitoring on the subject. With these efforts, we commend the community for their support, cooperation and trust to report violators of the law and in particular…..criminalities in their areas of concern,” matud ni Driz.
