“I supposed there was already an initial investigation because this is under the jurisdiction of the Panacan areas, so we would like to ask for an update sa initial investigation from the police so that we will know what actually happen,” sumala ni Acosta

“And also the representative of the contractor how come that the post became electrocuted or the post became the reason for the electrocution of this young person na wala namang ginawa, he was just walking and supposedly safe space,” matud ni Acosta
Samtang, gikwestyon usab ni Councilor Diosdado Mahipus Jr. kung aha napadulong ang matud pa ang P10M nga gialokar sa lokal nga panggamhanan para sa pagpaayo ug maintainance sa traffic signalization kinsa gi-award ngadto sa contractor.
“What happen to the P10M amount that was supposed to be used for repair and rehabilitation. And I want to know what does the contract or the Memorandum of Agreement state because I want to know if the said instrument contains liability clause?,” sumala ni Mahipus.
