Ang warrant of arrest ang gin-issue ni Presiding Judge Francisco N. Rodriguez snag RTC Branch 63 sang La Carlota City nga napetsahan Disyembre 10, 2009.
Si Mogar ang yara sa karon nahunong sa custodial facility sang Pontevedra PNP.
