PILA, Laguna — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) conducted a medical-
dental mission on March 10, 2026, led by the PCSO Medical Services Department in
partnership with the local government of Pila and the Rural Health Unit (RHU).
Residents, including senior citizens, children, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and other community members in need of medical attention, received free healthcare services during the activity.
A total of 166 residents benefited from the outreach program, with 102 patients receiving medical services and 64 availing of dental care.
Services provided included medical consultations, electrocardiogram (ECG) testing, tooth extractions, and the distribution of free medicines and vitamins. The medical team attended to patients requiring both medical and dental assistance throughout the mission.
The initiative is part of PCSO’s continuing efforts to bring essential healthcare services closer to communities and expand access to free medical assistance for Filipinos.
