MANDALUYONG CITY-The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO)
reaffirmed its commitment to advancing public health services through the donation of assorted medicines worth ₱60,000.00 to the Provincial Government of
Zamboanga del Norte during a turnover ceremony held at the Conservatory Building in Mandaluyong City on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
Representing PCSO during the turnover was Ruby Octava, Nurse III of the Satellite Division under the Medical Services Department, who formally handed over the
donated medicines. Receiving the medicines on behalf of the Province of Zamboanga del Norte was Andrea Peñaflor, Administrative Staff Representative of the provincial government.
The donation forms part of the agency’s ongoing Medicine Donation Program (in kind), one of PCSO’s humanitarian initiatives aimed at expanding access to essential healthcare services in communities across the country.
