At his frail age, Mr. Perong Coral still managed to travel all the way from Tubay to RMN DXBC just to seek legal advice from atty mark tolentino, who co-anchors a radio weekend program “Kini ang Balaod”.
Bothered perhaps of his problem about a disputed family property, Mr. Coral forgot everything including the significant event of his life that day, his birthday.
In a telephone patch, he got a piece of legal advice from Atty Mark, a known legal expert. To which Mr. Coral said he was satisfied, relieved from that legal burden he was carrying for years. It was only then he realized and told us, that day was his birthday.
He then bade us goodbye with a happy and thankful heart and said thank you KASAMA for the time. Inspired by his story, RMN DXBC staff did not let him leave the booth without giving a simple sanitary stuff as an instant birthday present to Tatay, and to let him feel his birthday was extra special to us.
