Sa pikas bahin, 2 ka mga NPAs ang nisurrender nga sila Nester Tausan alias “Bong”, Supply Officer sa Squad Primera Andoy sa SMRC, 19 anyos, Wena Teklonay alias “Sirena”, Supply Officer sa Platoon Basil sa SMRC, 18 anyos.
Sulod sa lima ka bulan nga kampanya sa 1003rd Brigade, anaa sa 63 na ka mga mga sakop sa NPAs ang ni-surrender, 32 ka mga armas ang narekober ug 7 ka mga engkwentro ang nahitabo sa ilahang area of responsibility.
Padayong nanawagan si Col. Yecla ngadto sa mga nagpabilin pa sa kalihukan nga mubalik na sa sabakan sa gobyerno.
Gidayeg ni 10th Infantry Division Commander MGen Ernesto C Torres Jr. ang tropa sa 56th, 27th ug 3rd Infantry Battalion sa malampusong mga joint military operation batok sa Communist Terrorist Group.
