Social Welfare: Relief Operation for the Victims of Marawi Siege

Oplan Tabang sa Marawi is another wave of helping the people of Marawi City in need of food, clothing and other relief goods who were victims of war after the city was occupied by the Maute inspired Isis from May 2017 to October 2017. The project was spearheaded by RMN DXPR Pagadian in cooperation with Tactical Operations group 9,  First Field Artillery Battalion , Oracis  Pagadian and First Cavalry Tagapanguna Battalion. RMN Foundation, in partnership with RMN DXPR Pagadian distributed clothes, rice, boxes of noodles, canned goods and dried fish.

Five hundred (500) individuals from Lanao del Sur, Marawi City, benefited from the relief operation.

The relief goods were received by Ms.  Maharlani Adiong, Action Officer of Lanao del Sur Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. Through this project, the victims were helped in their day-to-day sustenance, for themselves and for their families.
