Mayor Ernesto T. Matugas in his 47th Charter Day message earlier this morning , said that stakeholders plays part in the fast growing development of the city, “I used the word ample service not enough, for we have not been able to really meet all the needs that our people dreamed of being a small city with limited resources but with your continued support, the never-ending commitment to development work, and the complementary efforts from all sectors, we can say with confidence that we have achieved substantial headway, we have gained progress and will continue to do so in the years to come.”
