Ang duha ka adlaw nga Free Assessment and Certification Services adunay tumong sa paghatag ug dugang nga kahibalo sa mga katawhan alang na sa TESDA Competency Assessment and Certification Program ingun man pag promoter ug paghatag bili sa certification gikan sa buhatan diin magpamatuod nga sila usa ka ‘competent’ nga mga trabahante.

2. Career shifters ug unemployed adults kinsa nangita ug trabaho;
3. Graduates sa TVET programs; and
4. Teachers, Trainers and other individuals who have undergone training in TM-1 and interested to become a certified TVET trainers and/or TESDA Accredited Assessors.
