Giila sa PDEA XI ang suspek nga Vincent Gal, 25 anyos, driver ug resident of Barangay Cadaatan, Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental.
Atol sa operasyon, napalitan sa PDEA agent nga nagsilbing poseur buyer ang suspek sa nagkantidad og P15,000 nga shabu.
Nakadetino ang suspetsado sa Sta. Maria Municipal Police Station, Sec. 5 samtang gisumite ang nasakmit nga mga droga sa Laboratory Service aron masusi ang maong droga.
Kasong paglapas sa Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drug), sa Article II Republic Act 9165 kun Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
