Job Description:
Ang successful candidate mu-function isip CSA o Customer Support Agent nga maoy mahimong primary point of contact alang sa Home Alliance’s customers ug service providers nga naka-base sa US. Ang maong CSA maoy mu-provide services apan dili limitado sa:
– Receive Inbound calls for inquiries, request for quotes, appointment setting, rescheduling and others.
– Make Outbound calls to potential customers or service providers to make sales, set appointments or provide service eventually leading to increase in profit.
– Provide phone support ensuring customer satisfaction and soliciting repeat transactions
Qualifications:
Ang suitable candidate alang ani nga role should posses the following:
– Must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills
– Must be detail oriented
– Must be able to comprehend and execute instructions
– Must be internet and computer savvy
– Previous call center experience is a big plus
– K-12 graduates are welcome to apply
