iFM Laoag – Dr. Aira Cassandra Suguitan Castro is 25 years old from Laoag City in the Province of Ilocos Norte.
Before She finished her Doctor of Medicine at the Mariano Marcos State University in 2021, she took first her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences in 2017 at the same university, and graduated ‘Suma Cum Laude’.
She is a good writer. She received her Outstanding Campus Journalist from the Department of Education & National Secondary School Publication Advisers Assn., Inc. given during the 2013 National Schools Press Conference at Ormoc City, Leyte.
According to Dr. Castro, her inspiration in winning all the tests in life is her lovable parents and God who guides her paths. On the other hand, Her Mom Judith loves to prepare foods for her during review and relaxation time. Dr. Castro loves to eat spaghetti and coke (soft drinks) too, although, healthy foods are important to her during regular meals.
Meanwhile, Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) in Batac City posted a 100 percent passing rate — seventh consecutive record in the board examination for medical doctors.
Along with 1,573 who passed the exams from MMSU are;
