Last August 25,2018, Radio Mindanao Network Foundation Inc., in coordination with RMN DXRS Surigao radio station, organized a project called “Smiling On the Inside & Out: A Medical Mission” which was held in Surigao City Luneta Park . The team provided free healthcare services to the indigent residents of Surigao like medical consultation, bloodletting, haircut, manicure/pedicure, massage and games with giveaways. We also provided free medicines and meals to local residents. To sum it up, 758 individuals from the 54 City Barangays received the said services.
This project was made possible with the collaboration of RMN DXRS Surigao employees and City Health medical team.
