Let us now move forward with respect to the call center having some issues. The agents are being tested and the call center is booking the agents tested in hotel rooms so that they can be properly quarantined while waiting for their test results.
The Call Center Agents are our Brothers and Sisters, and let us now move forward so that we can take care of all who might be infected. Let us not forget that there are other positive cases and areas we have to contact trace aside from this call center.
