The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), led by General Manager Melquiades Robles, turned over 500 ChariTimba units to beneficiaries from the 1st District of Davao Oriental on March 3, 2026, as part of the agency’s ongoing implementation of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

The donated food packs were formally received by Board Member Josonne Michael Dayanghirang, who represented Congressman Nelson Dayanghirang Jr. of 1st District, Davao Oriental, during the turnover ceremony held at the PCSO main office in Shaw
Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
Board Member Dayanghirang expressed his gratitude saying, ‘’the ChariTimba units will provide meaningful assistance to families and various community sectors in their district, particularly those who need additional support in their daily activities’’.
The donation also underscored PCSO’s continued effort to extend essential resources to local communities across the country. The distribution of ChariTimba is part of the agency’s broader commitment to improving the quality of life of individuals and communities that require sustained support.
Through its CSR-driven programs, PCSO aims to expand the reach of its charitable initiatives and ensure that social welfare services are made accessible to more Filipinos nationwide.
