TEMPORARY TRAFFIC SCHEME DURING THE CONTINUATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF GAABUCAYAN STREET AND VALENZUELA AVENUE/PPA)

Section 4. Temporary Traffic Scheme during the Construction of Bitan-ag Bridge 3 at Valenzuela Avenue/PPA

1. A) Phase 1 of Bridge Construction
2. Road Closure – the Southbound lane of Valenzuela Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic from Coastal Road to Gaabucayan St.;
3. Two-way traffic – the Northbound lane of Valenzuela Avenue will be declared as two-way traffic for all types of vehicle.

1. B) Phase 2 of Bridge Construction
2. Road Closure – the Northbound lane of Valenzuela Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic from Gaabucayan St. to Coastal Road;
   4. Two-way traffic – the Southbound lane of Valenzuela Avenue will be declared as two-way traffic for light types of vehicle.

Note: The project duration for Bitan-ag Bridge-Valenzuela Avenue is 240-calendar days and has not yet started, due to the right of way problem, hence, the delay of its implementation is hereby noted.
