Ang reklamo na kanilang isinumite sa tanggapan ni House Secretary General Cheloy Garafil ay inendorso ni Mamamayang Liberal Party-list Rep. Leila de Lima.
Grounds ng ikatlong impeachment complaint laban kay VP Sara ay culpable violation of the constitution, betrayal of public trust, plunder, malverstaion, graft and corruption, bribery and other high crimes.
Ito ay dahil sa umano’y maling paggamit ng 612.5 million pesos na confidential funds.
Nakapaloob din sa reklamo ang mga alegasyon ni Ramil Madriaga na nag-uugnay kay VP Sara sa drug money.
